"World News Briefing"(이하 "본 서비스")은 운영자가 해외 뉴스 영상을 직접 선정하고, AI 음성 합성(TTS) 등을 활용해 영상을 편집·제작한 뒤 본인이 직접 업로드하는 데 사용하는 내부 제작 도구입니다. 본 서비스는 일반 사용자에게 제공되는 앱이 아니며, 운영자 본인이 관리하는 YouTube 채널에 동영상을 업로드하기 위한 목적으로만 사용됩니다.
1. 수집하는 정보
본 서비스는 Google OAuth 2.0을 통해 아래 권한만 요청합니다:
- youtube.upload — 운영자 소유의 YouTube 채널에 동영상을 업로드하기 위함
- youtube.force-ssl — 업로드한 동영상에 썸네일을 설정하고 댓글을 게시하기 위함
본 서비스는 최종 사용자(일반 시청자)의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 인증을 거치는 유일한 계정은 운영자 본인이 소유·관리하는 YouTube 채널 계정이며, 업로드는 운영자가 직접 검수한 콘텐츠에 한해 운영자 본인이 실행합니다.
2. 정보의 사용 목적
발급받은 접근 권한(access token, refresh token)은 오직 다음 목적으로만 사용됩니다:
- 사전에 제작된 동영상 파일을 운영자의 YouTube 채널에 업로드
- 업로드한 동영상의 썸네일 설정
- 업로드한 동영상에 원문 출처를 안내하는 댓글 게시
3. 정보의 보관 및 보안
발급받은 refresh token은 운영자가 직접 관리하는 서버의 환경 변수 파일에만 저장되며, 코드 저장소(git)에 커밋되지 않고 로그에도 기록되지 않습니다. 해당 서버는 SSH 키 기반 인증만 허용하며 운영자 본인만 접근할 수 있고, 방화벽으로 불필요한 포트 접근을 차단합니다. 모든 API 통신은 HTTPS(TLS)로 암호화됩니다. 토큰은 제3자와 공유되거나 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
4. 데이터 보관 기간 및 삭제
발급받은 access token과 refresh token은 본 서비스가 운영되는 동안에만 보관됩니다. 운영자가 YouTube 채널 연결을 해제하거나 서비스 운영을 중단하는 경우, 서버에 저장된 토큰은 즉시 영구적으로 삭제됩니다. 또한 운영자는 언제든지 Google 계정의 "타사 앱 및 서비스"(https://myaccount.google.com/permissions) 권한 관리 페이지에서 직접 이 앱의 액세스 권한을 취소할 수 있으며, 취소 시 해당 refresh token은 Google에 의해 즉시 무효화되어 더 이상 사용할 수 없게 됩니다. 업로드에 사용된 동영상 파일 자체는 제3자의 개인정보가 아니라 운영자가 직접 제작한 콘텐츠이며, 운영 서버에 보관되다가 운영자의 판단에 따라 삭제됩니다.

본 서비스는 수집·사용하는 어떠한 정보도 제3자에게 판매, 공유, 이전하지 않습니다.

"World News Briefing" is an internal production tool the developer uses to personally select international news stories, edit and produce videos (including AI-generated voice narration), and upload the finished videos themselves. It is not a multi-user public application — it exists solely to upload videos to a YouTube channel owned and operated by the developer.
1. Information We Access
Through Google OAuth 2.0, this tool requests only:
- youtube.upload — to upload videos to the developer's own YouTube channel
- youtube.force-ssl — to set thumbnails and post comments on uploaded videos
This tool does not collect any personal information from end viewers. The only account authenticated is the developer's own YouTube channel account, and uploads are performed personally by the developer for content they have reviewed themselves.
2. How Information Is Used
- Uploading pre-produced video files to the developer's YouTube channel
- Setting thumbnails on uploaded videos
- Posting a comment linking to original news sources
3. Storage and Security
Refresh tokens are stored only in an environment file on a server controlled by the developer. They are never committed to the code repository and never written to logs. The server allows SSH key-based authentication only, is accessible solely by the developer, and blocks unnecessary ports via a firewall. All API communication is encrypted via HTTPS (TLS). Tokens are never shared with or transmitted to any third party.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
Access tokens and refresh tokens are retained only for as long as this tool remains in operation. If the developer disconnects the YouTube channel or discontinues the service, all stored tokens are immediately and permanently deleted from the server. The developer can also revoke this app's access at any time via Google Account's "Third-party apps & services" page (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions); doing so immediately invalidates the refresh token on Google's side. The video files used for upload are not third-party personal data but content produced by the developer, and are retained on the operating server at the developer's discretion.

We do not sell, share, or transfer any collected information to third parties.
